A Mexican couple was indicted Tuesday for conspiring to harbor aliens and alien harboring. When authorities arrived at the alien stash house, they discovered more than 100 undocumented aliens from various countries. A California man was sentenced Monday to 20 years in prison on federal child pornography charges after authorities discovered that he downloaded and maintained a collection of 358 videos and 1,741 still images depicting minors engaged in various types of sexually explicit conduct. The sentencing resulted from an HSI probe. Full Story
ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations officers deported a Mexican national wanted for fleeing a homicide charge in his native country Tuesday. He was transferred to the custody of Mexican law enforcement authorities to face those charges. Full Story
