Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office

The ICE Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office is a centralized office that receives, tracks and processes all FOIA requests according to the law. Anyone can request access to federal agency records or information under federal FOIA law. This right of access is enforceable in court.

To file a FOIA request, check the status of an existing request or review publicly available documents in the ICE FOIA Library, visit the ICE FOIA page.
