The Winsted VA Primary Care Clinic provides general internal medical care. This includes care for immediate and chronic health concerns, preventive medical care, physical exams, diagnostic laboratory testing, general X-rays and limited immediate pharmacy services.

ADVANTAGES

* Veterans will have one primary care provider to coordinate care on an ongoing basis.
* Veterans can receive primary medical care closer to home.
* Veterans will still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other   entitlements through the West Haven or Newington Campuses.

Please mail a completed application along with a copy of your DD-214 and discharge papers to:

DIRECTIONS:

Directions to Winsted Health Center: Take Route 8 North to end of highway. At exit, take right onto Route 44 (Main Street). Proceed on Main Street approximately three miles to Spencer Street (follow "Emergency Medical" signs). Take right onto Spencer Street. Health Center is halfway up the hill on the left side.
