Brig. Gen. Bradley R. Pray is the Deputy Director of Plans and Policy, U.S. Cyber Command, Fort George G. Meade, Md. He is responsible for the development and coordination of existing and emerging issues as related to cyberspace operations policy, doctrine, organization, capabilities and requirements. He also maintains cyberspace contingency and operational plans and the Cyber Capabilities Registry.
General Pray graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and was commissioned in 1981 through Officer Training School. He earned his wings in 1982 at Vance AFB, Okla. His aviation career includes serving as a C-130 aircraft commander, instructor pilot and evaluator. He has commanded at the squadron, group and wing levels. His staff assignments include serving at the National Guard Bureau, the Air Staff's Directorate of Operations, Headquarters European Command, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, Belgium, Headquarters Northern Command, and Headquarters Air Mobility Command.
