Reports to Congress

  • Committee on Equal Opportunities in Science and Engineering (CEOSE)
    Every two years, CEOSE is required to prepare and transmit to the Director a report on the committee's activities during the previous two years and proposed activities for the next two years. The Director shall transmit to Congress the report, unaltered, together with such comments as the Director deems appropriate.   • Science and Engineering Indicators
    Every other year, the National Science Board is required to report to Congress and the administration on indicators of the state of science and engineering in the United States (42 U.S.C. ยง 1863 (j) (1)). The Science Indicators series was designed to provide a broad base of quantitative information about U.S. science, engineering, and technology for use by policymakers, researchers and the general public.
