Synopsis: Y78050X - Maintenance for ASG-Report.Web

DESCRIPTION

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure annual maintenance services from ASG Federal, DUNS 028445737, on a sole source basis. Under the anticipated purchase order, ASG Federal will supply and/or aid NSF with installation, customization, upgrades and/or education services for ASG-Report.Web.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software publishers and the Product Service Code (PSC) is D319 Annual software maintenance service plans. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed price purchase order for a period of performance of date of award through one year, with no option periods.

The proposed purchase order is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or an invitation for bids. This synopsis is for information purposes only; the government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
