DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.   This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

The solicitation/synopsis reference number is E60310A is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36.  Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for the item included in this acquisition.  Pricing shall be FOB destination.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Quotes are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis.  Specifications must be submitted if quoting on “or equal” items.

Note: Items to be delivered FOB Destination to:  Arlington, VA.   Vendors are to submit delivery time with their quote.
