Academy band spreads news in Big Apple

The U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet Chorale and Stellar Brass perform the first movement of "Gloria" by John Rutter Nov. 24 in New York City's St. Patrick's Cathedral. Between the full-house audience and 11 subsequent television and radio broadcasts of the concert, an estimated 1 million people heard the concert. Singing at the NBA All-Star game

DENVER -- The U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet Chorale and David Robinson, a retired San Antonio Spur and a 1987 Naval Academy graduate, sing the national anthem at the 2005 NBA All-Star Game here Feb. 20.
