Director, DLA Strategic Plans and Policy (J5)
Ms Phyllisa Goldenberg is the Director, Strategic Plans and Policy. She is responsible for leadership, oversight and management of the annual Director’s Guidance as well as the agency's strategic plan. The J5 is also responsible for the agency’s strategy management and governance, policy management, enterprise risk management, and process improvement.
Ms Goldenberg has robust DLA experience with assignments at both DLA Headquarters, the then Defense Personnel Supply Center in Philadelphia, as well as the Joint Staff. Her previous positions have included Chief, Materiel Readiness Project Office; Chief, HQ Business Systems Modernization Transition; Chief and DLA liaison to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Director for Logistics, J-4.
Ms Goldenberg matriculated at Temple University, in Philadelphia, and earned a master’s degree in public administration at American University, in Washington, D.C. |
