On-Ramp

The on-ramp stage assists individuals who are considering applying to serve on the Board of Examiners.   An online interaction will provide a realistic view of what is involved in serving on the Board of Examiners (BOE), and incorporates self-assessment using Baldrige–like evaluation materials.  By completing this interaction, you may make a more informed decision on whether or not to apply.

If you choose not to apply, you can move to the Onward phase and participate in Baldrige-related activities outside of serving on the national Board of Examiners.  These activities may contribute to your professional development that will be the basis for applying to the BOE in later years.
