Minnesota National Guard takes third Emmy
During this year's Upper Midwest Emmy Gala at the State Theater, Sept. 29, 2012, members of the Minnesota National Guard received their third Emmy award. This year's shared win of the 'Board of Governor's Emmy Award' was awarded for a partnership with Hubbard Broadcasting and a Saint Paul based civic organization called Serving Our Troops.

Airmen to return from Bahrain mission
Two airmen with the North Dakota Air National Guard's 119th Civil Engineer Squadron will return home Saturday from a six-month deployment. Chief Master Sgt. Mark J. Solem and Master Sgt. Bruce D. Bauske are scheduled to return at 4:05 p.m. Oct. 6, arriving at Fargo's Hector International Airport on Delta flight 4721.
