What do I do if, when trying to access STEPP, the screen says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"?

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab. Scroll down and select the check box next to the TLS 1.0 security setting. Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.

Why can't I get past the STEPP login screen once I've entered my login and password?

This usually means the browser cookies in your computer are not enabled. Browser cookies must be enabled on to use STEPP. To enable browser cookies in Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy T ab > Setting - Set to medium or lower.

How do I find my student profile information?

Once you log into STEPP, select "Profile" from the top right of the homepage.
