What do I do if it appears that a page is not loading completely?
When a screen loads, its viewing percentage is reflected in the bottom right corner of the window. Change the percentage from whatever its current number (e.g., 75% or 95%) to 100% and it should load right away.
What do I do if a page/screen within a course appears blank?
We are currently working to address this issue. For now, navigate to the next page/screen of the course. For courses with completion requirements that you view every page, you may notify us to finalize your transcript.
When do I do if, when trying to access the STEPP website, my screen says Internet Explorer cannot display the web page?
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab. Scroll down and select the check box next to the TLS 1.0 security setting. Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.
What do I do if, when trying to launch a PDF test, the message "Page cannot be displayed" appears on my screen?
Try this work around:
- Click the Start Menu
- Choose Run down at the bottom
- Type "cmd" and hit the OK button
- In the black box that come up type "ipconfig /flushdns" (space between "ipconfig" and "/") and then hit enter. It is successful if it says "Successfully Flushed the DNS Resolver Cache."
