Joint Base Charleston - Mr Glennon Cook, the Director of Global Staffing for The Beoing Company traveled 3000 miles from his office in Seattle, WA to Joint Base Charleston, SC to sign an ESGR Statement of Support.
Mr. Cook met with Lt Gen Stenner the Chief of Air Force Reserve, and Commander Air Force Reserve Command in the Conference room of the 315 AW to sign the Statement of Support. Mr Cook pledges to stream line the hiring process for Guard and Reserve member. This will program will initially begin at the Charleston, SC 787 Dreamliner production facility, and expand across to all of the companies production facilities.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is a Department of Defense agency established in 1972 to develop and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service.
