Strykers are incredibly advanced pieces of machinery requiring Soldiers with advanced training on how to operate and maintain them. This MOS (job) is covered in this video.

We're all scouts. That means we spend all our fun time behind enemy lines watching the enemy without them knowing we're there. And we get there using the 1127 recon-variant Stryker.
The Stryker is such a quiet vehicle that the enemy didn't even know we were there until the next morning when they woke up. That's why they started calling us the ghost Soldiers 'cause we come in the night, no one knows we're there.
This truck has got all kinds of high-tech toys from the Blue Force tracker which that can identify targets and give a ten-digit grid out to 15 kilometers. We've got our GPS, we've got our navigation, we've got our thermal sights, you have eyes everywhere.
Four high-speed altitudes of approach. Roger, got it. You can get hit by RPGs, IEDs, car bombs and it will not stop this Stryker. It takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.
This Stryker isn't just a vehicle, it's an attitude.
