Emergency Care: The 15th MDG does not have emergency room services. For possible loss of life, limb, or eyesight, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
In-area after hours/weekend/holiday care: If you believe you need care after hours but your health concern is not an emergency, call 448-6000. You will be directed to the on-call provider who will assess your needs and may authorize you to seek urgent care. |

The 15th Medical Group is a premier outpatient clinic that provides comprehensive health services for 21,243 eligible beneficiaries for the Hickam military ohana and surrounding areas. Additionally, the group consists of a staff of 263, 9 Bldgs, and a $10.2M budget. Also, the group averages 6,469 outpatient visits, 8,723 prescriptions, 3,050 Lab procedures, and 922 Radiology films per month. Furthermore, the group has supported unique PACAF missions throughout the Pacific AOR to include Operation Deep Freeze, JPAC missions, and USNS Mercy.
