On August 2, 2011 in Komsomolsk-na-Amure in Khabarovskiy Kray, a bomb exploded in a kindergarten. According to media reports, a young girl was hospitalized with first and second degree burns after picking up a bomb which was disguised as a gift with blue tape and ribbon.

This emergency message alerts U.S. citizens that there has been at least one large explosion, possibly two, in downtown Oslo. Media are reporting at least eight injuries and possibly one death. The cause of the explosion is not yet known.
