The Training Career Development (TCD) Division is the central point of contact for requesting training and related activities. The TCD mission is to provide high quality training services to meet customers' needs. TCD facilitates professional career development and personal excellence, enhances organizational effectiveness and contributes to the current and future success of the TRICARE Management Activity's workforce.

The Training & Career Development Division, TCD is committed to delivering training and education through various training methods and solutions to the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) workforce. Our services are designed to increase awareness, improve behaviors and understanding among leadership and employees. Our team is committed to the professional and personal development of federal civilian and military employees. We strive to create an atmosphere that encourages higher learning reflected in our promotion of a respectful, engaged and inclusive workplace that is productive and supportive of the TRICARE Management Activity's objectives and overall mission. Training and Career Development Programs and Course Offerings
TCD offers open enrollment and the on-site classes are designed for time-challenged participants requiring concrete skills to enhance productivity and efficiency. Our sessions are designed for all skill levels--we meet people where they are, rather than force them into time constraints that cause stress and anxiety. TMA employees have access to eLearning, an online and robust self -pace training tool offering over 5000 courses and more than 15000 digital books, available to employees 24hours a day.
