The General Services Administration (GSA) is looking for an independent cost estimating service company for the *Recovery* Funded Green Cafeteria Project at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, California.

The purpose of this requirement is for Cost Estimating Services to assist in the development of Government Estimates, Technical Price Analyses, and a Project Cost Closing Statement on a continuous basis and at specific stages of the project construction. The selected firm's personnel shall be certified as a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) or a Certified Cost Estimating Professional (CEP) or have the ability to register before the start of contract performance.

The estimated cost is from $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. Estimated completion time is 6 months. This action is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors will be required to submit a fully developed Technical and Price Proposal.
