There were several questions at the organized site visit that took place on August 16.  As a result of the questions, there have been changes to the price schedule, techical specificiations, and drawings.

It was discovered that this contract is also being funded by the American Recovery and Reivestment Act (ARRA).  The ARRA clauses and provisions have been added to this solicitatoin.
