The Center for Army Leadership is responsible for leadership and leader development across the Army. It's mission includes research, analysis, assessment, educational development, doctrine development, coordination of all efforts within the Army Training and Leader Development Process, and integration of military and civilian education to sustain excellence of Army leaders.
