In addition to taking the lead in introducing CISM to HCDFRS, as well as supporting the growth of the Department's Chaplain program from a single volunteer to a corps of six members, Dale provided Information Technology, logistical and audio-visual support to ICISF almost from the Foundation's inception. A familiar face at regional conferences and at every World Congress, Dale's response to any request for assistance, purchasing or development has always been "We can do that!" He continually amazed his colleagues by never saying "no" to any request for help. If he didn't know how to solve a technical problem, he researched and read until he did know how, and he never gave up on solving any challenge. ICISF is indebted to Dale for many years of creative and tireless service, and wishes him the best as he kicks off his retirement with a road trip along the Eastern Seaboard. |
