BP-14 Rate Adjustment Proceeding


    The BP-14 rate proceeding to set power, transmission and ancillary service rates for FY 2014-2015 is anticipated to begin in late 2012. Until then, this web page will be used to facilitate communications our customers and interested parties related to the BP-14 rate case, including the implementation of the provisions of the 2012 Transmission Settlement Agreement.
