NIEA Board of Directors

The NIEA Board of Directors is made up of twelve American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian individuals from across the country. The terms are for three years for General board members and two years for Student Board Members. New board members are selected during the NIEA annual convention.

NIEA Board of Directors Elections

An American Indian, Alaska Native or Native Hawaiian* NIEA member in good standing may run for an open position in the NIEA Board of Directors. Elections take place at the NIEA annual convention. Click here for more information about the Board of Directors electoral process.
