On November 8, 2005, BPA published a Federal Register Notice summarizing BPA's Initial Proposal for the WP-07 rate case: public hearings, and opportunity for public review and comment.  BPA provided its entire set of Initial Proposal documents to rate case parties at a prehearing conference on November 21, 2005, and held six (6) regional field hearings between November 29 and December 7, 2005.  For more information, see the November 8, 2005 letter (PDF, 2 pages, 146 kb).  The public comment period for BPA's Initial Proposal closed on February 13, 2006.  However, on February 13, 2006, BPA issued a Supplemental Proposal on Reactive Power as a modification to the Initial Proposal.  The public comment period for BPA's Supplemental Proposal on Reactive Power closed on March 6, 2006.
