Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces

Many employers know that Service Members make great employees because of their unique training and leadership skills. If you’re pursuing a civilian career, you can take advantage of the Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces (EPAF) program.

By providing one-on-one employment training and career counseling, the EPAF helps Soldiers, Veterans and their Families connect with military-friendly employers.

Working throughout the 54 States, Territories and the District of Columbia, EPAF's local program support managers (PSMs) assist with:

  • Job searches
  • Resume writing
  • Interviewing skills

EPAF managers also keep track of companies looking for people with your skills and experience. As part of the EPAF, employers have access to thousands of highly qualified Service Members and their Families. To date, the program has:

  • Partnered with over 1,000 employer partners
  • Registered over 18,000 Service Members, Veterans and Families
  • Produced more than 815,000 jobs

EPAF’s career services will help you find training opportunities and transfer your military skills to one of the many available industries, including:
