NIEA is working to strengthen the field of Native education research, data, and best practice. This page is a resource for Native education researchers, evaluators, educators, professors, and others who are working with NIEA to improve education for our American Indian, Native Hawaiian, and Alaska Native students.

The Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) program is a network of 10 laboratories that serve the educational needs of a designated region by providing access to high quality scientifically valid education research through applied research and development projects, studies, and other related technical assistance activities.
