11/19/2011 7:16:27 PM ET Why is Maj Traxler wearing a Navy/Marine Corps Major insignia instead of of an Air Force/Army Major insignia? There is certainly a difference. And why do people insist on using periods in Air Force rank abbreviations when none are prescribed?
