Operational contract support (OCS) relates to planning and conducting contracting and contractor management functions in support of joint operations — often referred to as contingency contracting.

Policies and procedures outlined on these pages primarily relate to OCS and not steady state or in-garrison contracting support. However, certain areas may overlap based on location and circumstances.
