Smith, PhD, Principal Investigator for NACCHO’s CDC-funded Health in All Policies (HiAP) initiative, and Margaret Byrne, Public Health Advisor with the Environmental Health Services Branch, part of the National Center for Environmental Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
