MC4 offers classroom instruction prior to exercise events, as well as over-the-shoulder training during scenarios. During an MRX, MC4 personnel may provide guidance to logistics companies and combat support hospitals in preparation for future deployments at training centers, such as the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, Calif., or the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, La. MC4 can prepare medical operations personnel to best utilize MC4’s command and control capabilities. Additionally, MC4 staff may assist medical personnel on how to digitally document real-world injuries and illnesses, as well as notional medical care. Integrating MC4 systems into readiness exercises has proven to better prepare units for their system use downrange. View on Flickr
