WASHINGTON (Army News Service, Dec. 29, 2011) -- Veterans of the Persian Gulf War with undiagnosed illnesses have an additional five years to qualify for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

On Saturday December 10, 90,000 wreaths were laid on headstones at the cemetery by about 15,000 volunteers. The official slogan of the organizers was “Remember, Honor and Teach,” and the wreath-bearing convoy stopped for special events in towns on the way.
