The 3rd Battalion, 405th Army Field Support Brigade sent a shipment of humanitarian aid supplies to Pakistan Aug. 13 as requested by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Northwest Pakistan has experienced significant flooding caused by extremely heavy monsoon rains, and millions of Pakistanis have been impacted by the natural disaster.

LEGHORN ARMY DEPOT, Italy — The 3rd Battalion, 405th Army Field Support Brigade received another request for a shipment of humanitarian supplies to Haiti from the U.S. Agency for International Development early this month. This shipment was the fifth shipment of humanitarian supplies that the battalion shipped to Haiti.

LEGHORN ARMY DEPOT, Italy — The 3/405th AFSB has shipped more humanitarian aid supplies to Haiti at the request of the U.S. Agency for International Development. USAID requested that the battalion ship 4,000 rolls of plastic sheeting via various transportation routes to Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
