She began her administrative career in 2004, as assistant principal of Incirlik High School, Turkey. Prior to coming to DoDEA, Ms. Ransom held a variety of teaching positions with the state of Idaho.

“Ms. Ransom brings a wealth of experience as an educator, facilitator and administrator to the role of principal. She has a history of effective partnering and collaboration with the military community,” said Mr. Michael Gould, New York/Virginia/Puerto Rico District Superintendent. “Her passion for the current emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) will fold nicely into our district initiatives.”
