We are a faith based nonprofit organization that trains chronically unemployed men and women to obtain and maintain employment.
The Yavapai Reentry Project is a regional support system which promotes successful reintegration of former inmates in a way that improves community safety by reducing criminal behavior. We offer two programs to reentering individuals: the Independent Referral Program, and the Community Coach Mentorship program.
Community Lifestyle Institute’s seeks to strengthen families, increase economic stability, and improve health and public safety. Our goals are
• Educating formerly incarcerated persons with contemporary job skills to enhance their possibility of social and economic success
• Offering workshops in anger management, reading/writing and reasoning literacy, and soft skills to ensure participants have the social capital needed to obtain economic and social success.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support services that promotes family and social stability while providing training and education that leads to permanent full-time employment for persons that have been incarcerated and experience the stigma of ex-offender status. These services are provided in such a manner as to facilitate an atmosphere and environment of respect, trust and dignity among the program, its participants and the community.
SolutionsAe, Inc. is a for profit organization. It is committed through its Second Chance Program to creating economic development opportunities that are reciprocal in nature for our companies, our partners, the individuals who work for our organization, and local communities.
Clients may enter the program if granted Judicial Release in one of the four General Division Courts that operate the Reentry Court Program. Clients can expect to graduate in about one year barring any imposed sanctions, which can prolong their placement. The Summit County Reentry Court Program has a success/retention rate of 69%

OAR provides reentry services to those coming out of incarceration. Reentry services include assistance with food, housing, employment (resume building, interview practice, online job searching, etc.), clothing, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and more.
The Riverside MOMobile is focused on pregnant women and mothers, and is an innovative collaboration between Maternity Care Coalition, a well-established community-based organization, and the Philadelphia Prison System. Housed within the Riverside Correctional Facility, MOMobile staff provides a hands-on service that helps women transition successfully to parenthood during and after incarceration.Services before release include peer educational groups for pregnant women and women with very young children, individual case management to develop parenting skills, links to community resources, Doula (labor support) during labor and delivery and help for babies’ caregivers while the mother is incarcerated. After release, services include individual case management,supportive home visits for up to one year after release andcc onnections to resources needed for successful re-entry.
The mission of Marty Angelo Ministries is proclaiming and teaching the gospel of the kingdom of God to prisoners, substance abuse recovery program clients, and troubled celebrities. The ministry utilizes life-changing books, evangelistic outreaches, and follow-up resources. It also offers ex-prisoners referrals to faith-based substance abuse programs, prison after-care homes and churches.
BI Incorporated’s day reporting center programs are designed for chronic offenders at risk for recidivism. These cognitive behavioral treatment programs operate under evidence-based principles. BI’s programs include regular reporting to the center, cognitive behavioral treatment, life skills training, and ongoing alcohol and drug testing. Staff uses an evidence-based assessment tool to determine risk and needs and objectively identify the appropriate level of supervision and treatment. In addition, the center offers access to valuable community resources that can help break down barriers to successful community reintegration. These community resources include food and housing, health services, education, employment, proper identification, legal support, family classes, wellness, substance abuse. After completing the program, offenders are required to periodically return for Aftercare. BI’s reentry programs can be customized for variety of populations. BI has more than 30 day reporting centers across the U.S.

The project creates a model for intergenerational interactive storytelling for seniors and ex-offenders. Our objectives are:
• to improve empowerment and self-esteem among ex-offenders
• to expand seniors' knowledge and concern for ex-offenders
• prepare a manual of instructions for other agencies and organizations
to replicate this model intergenerational storytelling program
Life After Prison Ministries™ exists to provide a seamless, systemic approach to evidence-based reentry by:
Making effective and efficient the reentry of once incarcerated citizens into our communities by assisting existing ministries and organizations in preparing for and delivering successful reentry services.
Engaging the Church in the work of transformation of prisoners reentering their communities by reconciliation to God, family, and community through the power and truth of Jesus Christ.
Assisting the local community develop relationships between the local Church, service providers, and state prison and parole offices to work as a coalition to give those with law violations Second Chances.
We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides training in secular and scientifically-validated meditation practices to inmates. Meditation is a proven technique for learning to co-exist with and overcome stress, chronic pain, and addictive and cyclical behavior patterns. We also provide residence to former inmates via our residential program.
The Certified Second Chance Reentry Master Trainer Program (CSCRMT) includes 24 hours of training in life-skills, self-sufficiency, self-esteem and life purpose development skills, as well as entrepreneurship training topics to train trainers to teach at-risk youth and adults, returning to the community from incarceration, how to find success in their second chance efforts. The training also includes career and entrepreneurship training that will lead students to starting-a-business and operating a successful small
business, when job opportunities are not available.
