Updates To The 2009 Schedule B and HTS Codes in AES

 Effective immediately, the 2009 Schedule B and Harmonized Tariff Schedule 
         (HTS) tables in the Automated Export System (AES) have been updated 
         accordingly: 
 
         Schedule B Table 
         ---------------- 
Deleted: Schedule B Number 0306110000 
       
HTS Table 
         --------- 
Added:   HTS Number        9030906600 
         Unit of Measure:  X, No unit required 
   
         Deleted: HTS Number        9030906400 
       
 All AESPcLink users must update their AESDirect code tables to reflect 
         the 2009 changes in the Schedule B and HTS.  Web users of AESDirect 
         who file via the website at www.aesdirect.gov will have their code 
         tables updated via the program automatically. 
 The updated AES Concordance files are available for download from the 
         Census website at 
         http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/aes/documentlibrary/index.html#concordance

2009 Constant Dollar Data
- The Census Bureau identified a processing error that caused incorrect deflators to be applied to the revised data for 2009. The data have been corrected.
