Army Strong Bonds Program: Building Ready Families Strong Bonds is a unit-based, chaplain-led program that assists commanders in building individual resiliency by strengthening the Army Family. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) Chaplain The mission of the MARFORRES Chaplain's office is to train and prepare subordinate commands for mobilization and to provide for the free exercise of religion by all personnel assigned to force units. The Command Religious Program (CRP) also provides ministry that enhances the moral, personal, and spiritual growth of the MARFORRES personnel and, whenever practical, the pastoral care and counseling of personnel and their dependents.
