Employer Resource Guide Published by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the Employer Resource Guide is designed to assist civilian employers in understanding employment and reemployment rights covered by USERRA. It provides tips for civilian employers, descriptions of ESGR and the ESGR ombudsman services, information on USERRA, and points of contact within Department of Labor Veterans' Employment and Training Service.

Tips for Guard and Reserve Service Members Published by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, this tip sheet provides recommendations for National Guard and Reserve service members to help them keep their civilian employers in support of the their military careers.

A Non-Technical Resource Guide to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), July 2004  Provided by Department of Labor Veterans' Employment and Training Service, the guide presents an overview of USERRA and answers to frequently asked questions in a clear and simple manner.

The Employment Law Guide, Uniformed Service Members, updated July 2007 The Employment Law Guide is published by the Department of Labor and serves as a plain language explanation of labor-related regulations.  An entire chapter of The Employment Law Guide is dedicated to USERRA.

"Your Rights Under USERRA."  The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve publishes posters summarizing employment and reemployment rights covered by USERRA for private/state and federal employers.  Employers are required to provide employees with information on their rights under USERRA.
