Army

Army Emergency Relief (AER) AER is a private non-profit organization whose sole mission is to help Soldiers and their dependents. AER funds are made available to provide emergency financial assistance to Soldiers (active duty and retired) and their dependents when there is a valid need. When Soldiers experience a financial emergency related to relocation, AER may be able to provide assistance in the form of a low interest loan.

Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Installation Guide This website provides direct links to Army installation websites both stateside and overseas.

Army OneSource Soldier and Family Housing Army OneSource is the website of Army Community Service (ACS), the organization that provides family programs and services to members of the Army. This website offers a variety of information, links, services, and resources for Soldiers, family members, staff, and civilians, including relocation tips, information about base housing, and articles, tools, and links designed to assist service members with their moving needs.

Marines

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Relocation Assistance Program MCCS provides comprehensive support services to service members and their families. The Relocation section of this website provides information on a number of topics including benefits and entitlements, temporary lodging facilities, and youth sponsorship programs.

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide financial, educational, and other assistance to Marines, eligible family members, and survivors when in need. Services provided include emergency financial assistance, budget counseling, visiting nurses, and related services. The NMCRS may be able to provide emergency financial assistance to Marines in the form of a low interest loan.

Navy

The Navy Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) Military Moves This website provides detailed information on military moving benefits and links for Navy housing and schools, as well as a number of other helpful relocation resources.

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide financial, educational, and other assistance to Sailors, eligible family members, and survivors when in need. Services provided include emergency financial assistance, budget counseling, visiting nurses, and related services. The NMCRS may be able to provide emergency financial assistance to Sailors in the form of a low interest loan.

Navy Personnel Command: Family Support & Relocation Assistance This website offers information, support, and community resources for families preparing for a move including detailed information for each Navy installation on topics such as housing, education, and TRICARE.

Air Force

AF  Community This is the official Air Force website for military families and the helping agencies that provide them with support. The Relocation section provides detailed descriptions of military benefits as well as links to other helpful relocation resources.

Air Force Aid Society (AFAS) AFAS is the official charity of the United States Air Force. It provides emergency assistance to Air Force members and their families, including interest-free loans, grants, or a combination of both. AFAS maintains an open door policy that encourages individuals to apply for assistance when they feel an emergency situation exists.
