National Labor Relations Board Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Henze as Deputy Regional Attorney of the NLRB’s Regional Office in Oakland, California (Region 32). Mr. Henze had been a Supervisory Attorney in the Oakland Region prior to his appointment. In his new position, he will assist Regional Director William Baudler in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act in portions of northern and central California and northern Nevada.
Mr. Henze graduated from Golden Gate Law School in 1987. He received his undergraduate education at Union College in Schenectady, New York. Mr. Henze started his career with the NLRB in 1987 as an attorney law clerk in Region 32 and has continued serving in the Oakland office since then. He became a Supervisory Attorney in 2011.
