Description
TRX
is a strength and conditioning program which emphasizes functional movements on a suspension system. Suspension training encourages training in all planes of movement which integrates all your motions and mimics real life activity. TRX training brings muscular balance to your body, increasing performance and preventing injuries.  Click to view TRX video.

Pros
 A total body workout can be accomplished using a single piese of equipment.  Template workout routines can be easily accessed through TRX website (www.fitnessanywhere.com) .  Equipment is fairly inexpensive and easy to set up.

Cons
There is a learning curve to master this device. Training is highly recommended through video or hands on instruction. May not be suitable for use on small, underway boats.

Cost: $210.00 which includes a video and instruction book.
