Pros
A total body workout can be accomplished using a
single piese of equipment. Template workout routines can be easily
accessed through TRX website (www.fitnessanywhere.com)
. Equipment is fairly inexpensive and easy to set up.
Cons
There is a learning curve to master this device.
Training is highly recommended through video or hands on instruction. May
not be suitable for use on small, underway boats.
Cost: $210.00 which includes a video and instruction book.
