FAQ

How do I disable my AESDirect account?

If your company is no longer exporting or is out of business,  you will need to disable your AESDirect account.

To disable your AESDirect account, please fax a request on your company's letterhead to AESDirect at (301) 562-7795.

The administrator on the account or an officer of the company must sign the request.


Please include the following information:

  • Request that your account be disabled. 
  • Company Name 
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or DUNS) 
  • AESDirect Username

Once AESDirect receives your fax, a representative will contact you to confirm and complete your request.
