AESDirect and AESPcLink User Guides provide step-by-step instructions so you may benefit the most from the applications. These are used to pass the Certification Quiz requirements and file to the AES.
The Account Administrator User Guide in used by Account Administrators and User Managers to learn how to create new user accounts and manage company accounts.
The Sample Shipments are mock shipments to help you understand how a general export shipment would be filed. Use them as guides on how to file shipments.
