For Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Excise Taxpayers: Preprinted TTB Alcohol and Tobacco Excise Tax Returns 1/13/04 TTB will begin mailing on January 12 preprinted Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Excise Tax Return forms, ATF Form 5000.24 for companies in the 50 states, and ATF Form 5000.25 for companies in Puerto Rico. Each company will receive one pre-printed tax return with taxpayer identification information that can be copied for future filings. The mailing will include instructions and contact information. Each taxpayer should receive this tax return packet in time to be used for the first tax return due date of January 29, 2004. If you do not receive the packet with the preprinted tax form, please use the old form you have on hand. If any of the information is incorrect, please line through it and make any necessary corrections.
