Order Certified Copies: Available service options, fees, and delivery methods vary by document type. Processing times depend upon availability
of systems and USPTO business hours.

Delivery of Documents: Many patent documents may be sent to your computer via the Internet or mailed to you on CDROM. Trademark and other patent
documents may only be delivered in paper form via U.S. Postal Service.
Payment Methods: Payment for orders may be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover), USPTO deposit account or
electronic funds transfer. When paying for your order, you may enter your docket number or customer reference number, which will print on your order
confirmation receipt page that you may print for your records.
Download Uncertified Patent Documents: View, download, and print uncertified copies of many USPTO patent documents for no cost via the
Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) database.
Download Uncertified Trademark Documents: View, download, and print uncertified copies of many USPTO trademark documents for no cost via the
Trademark Document Retrieval (TDR) database.
