USASMDC/ARSTRAT Change of Command Ceremony

General Formica recently served as a Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff, United States Army, at the Pentagon. Gen. Peter W. Chiarelli, Army Vice Chief of Staff, hosted the ceremony.
