On June 4, 2012, Believe Wireless, LLC (Believe) filed a request for review seeking
reversal of a decision of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) in which USAC
assessed late filing fees related to Believe’s 2012 FCC Form 499-A.1 On September 19, 2012, Believe
filed a letter requesting withdrawal of its petition.2 We grant Believe’s withdrawal request and,
accordingly, dismiss the above-captioned pleading.

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to the authority delegated under
sections 0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291, the
request for withdrawal submitted by Believe Wireless, LLC, filed September 19, 2012, IS GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to the authority delegated under sections
0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291, the request
for review submitted by Believe Wireless, LLC, filed June 4, 2012, IS DISMISSED.
4.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to the authority delegated in section
1.102(b)(1) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.102(b)(1), this order SHALL BE EFFECTIVE upon
release.
