District News:  July 13, 2012 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted fugitive Vincent Legrend Walters has been captured in Cancun, Mexico, after nearly 24 years on the run. Walters is wanted in San Diego for the kidnapping and murder of Christina Reyes, who was killed in September 1988.
