Reno, NV - The United States Marshals Service led Fugitive Task Force (USMS) announces the arrest of Nicolas J .Whitlock. Whitlock is wanted in Galveston, Texas on two outstanding arrest warrants, alleging indecency with a minor by exposure, issued on October 10, 2011. Whitlock, 27, was arrested this morning and booked into the Washoe County Jail awaiting extradition to Texas.

The investigation to locate Whitlock led the Task Force to 4320 Baker Lane, Reno, Nevada. Surveillance was conducted with the assistance of officers from Nevada DPS Parole & Probation. Whitlock was identified exiting an apartment and arrested without incident.
