National Guard aids with Pakistani flood relief

Vermont Army National Guard members from 1st Platoon, A Company, 1st Battalion, 172nd Cavalry of the 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team along with members of E Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade pull a liner open to spread it out, before placing a fuel bladder on top as part of a forward area refueling point in Rubicon.
